We are now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prudential Prime Properties Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
Real Estate Brokerage Network

#GoodToKnow

New England brokerage leader is now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties

MAYNARD, MA (Oct. 15, 2014) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that Prudential Prime Properties has joined the network and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties.

The brokerage, one of Prudential Real Estate’s Top 50 companies and a regional brokerage leader, generated nearly $380 million in sales volume and closed 1,255 transactions in 2013. It is the next in a growing roster of affiliates that has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since September 2013. The network now counts nearly 34,000 agents and 1,035 offices operating in 47 states.

“This transition is the beginning of a new era for our company,” said Broker/Owner Nancy Quinn. “The network, named for Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., is real estate’s most compelling branding opportunity. The name is already widely revered in our market and we see great opportunity moving forward.”

Quinn explained that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is an ideal match for her brokerage. The brand is built on Berkshire Hathaway’s values of trust, integrity, stability and longevity, “qualities we strongly identify with in our daily operations,” Quinn said.

Moreover, the brand will help N.E. Prime Properties grow and recruit. “New England real estate is moving forward and it’s a great time to expand our business and serve more homebuyers and sellers,” she said. “We think real estate consumers will look for our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices signs in front of properties. Likewise, real estate pros will understand the marketing potential of our brand and will want to be a part of it.”

With the transition, N.E. Prime Properties agents gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform – a robust suite of real estate tools and resources – plus professional education, business consultation, marketing support and the exclusive Luxury Collection program for high-end listings. The platform includes powerful lead generation and a handy mobile app driven by the cleanest and most accurate real estate information available.

“The Global Network Platform gives our agents the very latest in real estate technology,” said Allen Quinn, the brokerage’s managing director. “N.E. Prime Properties will be even better, faster and more efficient for clients.”

Gino Blefari, incoming CEO of HSF Affiliates, applauded N.E. Prime Properties’ transition. “Nancy and her team have proven their leadership in the New England market, setting high standards for client service,” he said. “We’re proud to welcome N.E. Prime Properties to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”

N.E. Prime Properties commemorated its brand transition yesterday with ceremonies at The Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA, attended by state and local officials, members of local chambers of commerce and others. The brokerage’s new Cabernet and Cream yard signs are now appearing throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine.
